The PureFish Rainbow box was curated to showcase a variety in taste & flavors to keep your seafood meals not only healthy, but exciting.

Named after the famous rainbow sushi roll, this box is not only varying in color & flavor but works equally well cooked in the oven, pan, or BBQ.

Note: Each Tray contains TWO individual 5-7 oz. Portions. Scallops and shrimp are allocated based on 10-12oz or more.

Each fish was specifically vetted and taste-tested by our PureFish staff to ensure it meets our quality and sustainability standards, so you can enjoy your fine dining quality seafood at home and let PureFish worry about the rest.

Taste Profiles:

Arctik® Salmon  - Light buttery taste with mild flavor & sweet finish.

Skye Steelhead ® - Milder taste than salmon with more "marbling", a favorite for sushi.

Ahi Tuna  - Ruby Red color with light "meaty" texture; great for seared & raw applications.

Albacore  - Tuna texture with a lighter taste & color, ideal for seared tuna or fully cooked.

Striped Bass  - Very mild taste with flakey & light texture. Also great for ceviche & "crudo".

Scallops  - firm texture, with a sweet finish; perfect on their own or in a pasta; jumbo size.

Shrimp  - Sweet taste, with a firm texture & light finish; jumbo size.
