Blanc Caviar comes from the White Sturgeon. White Sturgeon are the largest breed of sturgeon that can reach up to 20 feet in length and over 400 lbs in weight.
As they are larger they tend to produce more eggs per cycle which translates to a lower overall cost that allows us to offer a great value to our pro and home chefs. This is not a "cheap" caviar but instead a great value caviar.
Blanc Caviar is sustainable raised in California making this our most local option as well.
White Sturgeon is indigenous to the west coast pacific waters from Alaska to Baja California.
This sturgeon has been bred to from California. Blanc Caviar is the perfect option for those who have never tried caviar or have little experiance.
It has a milder flavor, smaller egg, and lower price point for those looking for a truly sustainable & local caviar at a great price.
Blanc Caviar is not blended, and free from any artificial coloring, flavors, and preservatives so you can enjoy caviar at its best.

Medium eggs with softer texture that has a buttery taste & texture at first then transitions to a nutty & gamey finish. Pairs amazing with a dry champagne or Prescco.
